Jennifer Lewis, LM

Regional Director

    Jennifer Lewis is a native and current resident of Toledo, Ohio. Ms. Lewis is an alumnus of the University of Toledo.  Her B.A. degree is in Communication.  She is a licensed insurance professional with the State of Ohio. 
    Jennifer is a Life Member of Gamma Phi Delta Sorority, Inc. and has been a member since March of 2005.  As a Gamma woman, she has served in many leadership roles on the chapter, regional and national levels.  In 2017, as the Assistant Regional Director for the Northern Region, she assisted in organizing the Nu Phi Chapter of Cincinnati, Ohio.  
    She is a member of Bethlehem Baptist Church and serves as a member of the Trustee Board, President of Green Ridge Condo Association and member of The University of Toledo Alumni Association.

Karen Streeter, LM

Assistant Regional Director/Organizer

    Dr. Karen D. Streeter is a graduate of Alabama State University.  She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice, and a Minor in Music Performance, & her Master of Science degree in Criminology.  Dr. Streeter also attended The National Center for Paralegal Training (Civil Litigation), Atlanta, Georgia receiving a certificate in Civil Litigation.  Pastor Streeter has attended the Ecumenical Theological Seminary in Detroit, MI., Walden University School of Public Policy with a concentration in Criminology, New Life Theological Seminary in the Doctorate of Sacred Theology Program, that included intensive degree studies on the campuses of Yale and Harvard University.
   Dr. Karen Streeter affiliations include membership in Gamma Phi Delta Sorority, Inc., for Professional Businesswomen where she currently serves as the Assistant Regional Director (Northern Region), a lifetime member of Delta Omicron International Professional Music Sorority, Lambda Alpha Epsilon (American Criminal Justuce Association), and CJJA, The Council of Juvenile Justice Administration. She has served on a variety of non-profit organizations, while serving as a grant writer as well.  Dr. Streeter currently works in Juvenile Justice in Wayne County, Michigan.
   Dr. Streeter has served in ministry for over 20 years, she currently serves at Abyssinia Christ-Centered Ministries, Southfield, Michigan, and was ordained a Pastor under the leadership of the late Sr. Pastor, Bishop Dr. Iona Locke.  She serves in the capacity of Director of Arts and Media, Board of Directors, Evangelism, and on the Pastoral staff.
   Ms. Streeter’s motto is Galatians 6:9 “And Let us not be weary in well doing for in due season we shall reap, if we faint not”.

Regina L. Stevens

Regional Secretary

    Regina Stevens counts it an honor and privilege to serve the Most Noble Northern Region.  She completed her studies at Lewis College of Business in 1980.  Regina joined Gamma Phi Delta Sorority, Inc. Alpha Omega Chapter on January 20, 2008.  Mrs. Stevens plan to assist where she can, grow in knowledge and learn all the nuances that make our sorority great.

LaShonda Horton

    LaShonda Horton is the current Vice President of the Beta Phi Chapter in Toledo, Ohio.  She became a member of Gamma Phi Delta Sorority Inc. in April 29, 2012.  Positions she has held, Regional Youth Advisor, Chapter Vice President, 2nd Vice President, Assistant Secretary and Financial Secretary.
   LaShonda has been an Educator with the Toledo Public Schools District in Toledo, Ohio and holds a Master’s Degree in Elementary Education Curriculum and Assessments and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management.
   LaShonda Horton is an active and dedicated member with Gamma Phi Delta Sorority, Inc. and enjoys serving the community and helping other.

Jacqueline J. Dixon-Beaty, LM

Regional Treasurer

    Jacqueline J. Dixon-Beaty, mother to a son and daughter.  Grandmother to eight, Great-grandmother to seven.  Twenty-five year member of Second Ebenezer Church.  Thirty-seven year member Order of the Eastern Star.     

    Thirteen year member of Beta Alpha Chapter, Life Member, I was the Chapter Treasurer for eight years.  Presently, Chapter President for three years, six months.  Elected to Northern Region Treasurer on April 13, 2019.

Malia Harwood, LM

    Malia Elikapeka Kaleiokalani Malaea Swift Harwood was born and raised in Honolulu, Hawaii.  She moved from Hawaii to Cleveland, Ohio, 13 years ago.  Malia have been married for 23 years.  She's been a figure skater for 24 years, from being a competitor to coaching to judging, competition coordinator, and president of Mentor FSC.  
  Malia has an Associate in Business degree from the University of Phoenix (2010), a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from the University of Phoenix (2015), a Master in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from the University of 
Phoenix (2017).  She has also started her Doctoral journey at Grand Canyon University.
   Malia started her Gamma Phi Delta Sorority life in the Fall of 2014 under the tutelage of Soror W. Dean Hudson.  November 14, 2014, she humbly crossed into this wonderful organization. She's a member of Beta Upsilon chapter, where she serves as President.  Gamma Phi Delta Sorority has provided her with a wealth of knowledge that she use in her personal, student, and
professional life.  She's happy and excited to be your Northern Regional Assistant Secretary.

Nykia E. Johnson, LM

    Nykia E. Johnson is a native of Detroit, MI.  She is the owner of Breakthrough Counseling, LLC & Everything Elyse, LLC.  Ms. Johnson received her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology from Benedict College, and obtained her Masters of Arts Degree in Counseling from Spring Arbor University.  She is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LLPC) in the State of Michigan.  Nykia's life purpose is to use her gifts & training as a therapist to strengthen and heal women's self-worth while encouraging them to be the best version of themselves.  She’s an active member of Family Victory Fellowship Church.  

   Nykia is a Life Member of Gamma Phi Delta Sorority, Inc., and was inducted into Beta Alpha Chapter on April 19, 2013.  She has served as the Social Action Chairperson from 2013 - 2014.  Nykia has been elected as Editor since 2013, developing monthly newsletter and updating the chapter's scrapbook.  She was elected the Northern Region Editor on April 13, 2019, and was reelected on April 10, 2021.
